Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are photo's to be taken of any decorations our company supplies for hire.

A 20% deposit is required to secure booking

Balance is due no later than 30days before event.

A $200 Secuirty Bond is also due 30days prior to event to cover any breakages/theft. This is refundable if there are no discepencies. Client will be notified if there are any concerns with returned stock

if you request our staff to hold a consultation at venue for either a ceremony/reception or function a $100 consultation fee is charged to cover our time, suggestions etc. If booking is made from this consultation, the $100 fee is taken off booking total

Decorations to You staff must agree with delivery pick up and drop off times and dates. There will be a 15minute grace period, if clients are running late. $20 will be charged per 15mins we are to wait. This will be deducted from bond
